Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop error-correction protocols using topological qubit encoding
- Create hybrid quantum-classical APIs for enterprise integration
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and drug discovery
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates on quantum supremacy projects
- Secure $10M+ in DARPA and NSF research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Expertise in superconducting qubit fabrication and cryogenics
- Track record of designing quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Experience securing government-level quantum computing contracts
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence mitigation
- Patents in quantum hardware or algorithms preferred
