Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction frameworks to achieve quantum supremacy
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware prototypes
- Optimize quantum algorithms for cloud-based quantum computing platforms
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (e.g., topological qubits)
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum conferences and symposiums
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and microwave control electronics
- Strong background in machine learning applied to quantum optimization
- Security clearance eligibility for classified government projects
