Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures using superconducting qubits and topological quantum systems
- Develop error correction frameworks achieving 99.99% fidelity for 2026-era quantum applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical discovery and materials science
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cryptographic threats
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows for enterprise clients
- Present breakthrough research at premier quantum conferences (QIP, IEEE Quantum Week)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Mastery of quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system integration and control engineering
- Strong background in quantum information theory and topological quantum computing
