Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for commercial deployment
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization problems

- Mentor junior quantum engineers in advanced quantum mechanics

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Experience securing $10M+ in quantum computing grants
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
