Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve complex optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security protocols
- Collaborate with academic institutions to advance quantum error correction techniques
- Translate theoretical quantum models into practical engineering solutions
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum supremacy in real-world scenarios
- Drive R&D initiatives for quantum machine learning applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, error correction, and decoherence mitigation
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud-native technologies
