In this role, you will:

You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of physicists, engineers, and AI specialists to build the quantum infrastructure that powers tomorrow's innovations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows for real-world problem-solving
- Create quantum-resistant security protocols for 2026's threat landscape
- Lead R&D initiatives in topological quantum computing and photonic processors
- Mentor junior quantum engineers while publishing in Nature Physics/Science
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum space communication systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years hands-on experience with quantum hardware (superconducting/ion traps)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithm design or quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
- Certification in IBM Quantum or Microsoft Azure Quantum
