Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms with 99.9% fidelity
- Lead interdisciplinary R&D teams across physics, materials science, and software engineering
- Translate theoretical quantum models into production-ready systems
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to hybridize classical-quantum workflows
- Drive intellectual property strategy with 15+ patents filed annually

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years designing quantum hardware/software systems
