Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with >1000 qubit capacity
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and finance
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-classical system integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography
- Author patents for novel quantum gate designs and cooling techniques
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
