Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures supporting 1,000+ qubit systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for industrial-scale quantum processors
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists and software engineers
- Secure $10M+ in quantum research grants and partnerships
- Author white papers on quantum supremacy applications
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and quantum coherence
- Track record of securing government/industry research funding
- Patents in quantum algorithms or hardware innovation
