- Integrate quantum processors with classical computing frameworks to create hybrid systems
- Conduct performance analysis and quantum error correction modeling for large-scale systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and coherence times
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-generation communication networks
- Publish research in top-tier journals and represent the company at international conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance simulation frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity theory
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum, Google Quantum AI)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex R&D projects
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields (preferred)
