Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for real-world problem-solving
- Collaborate with physicists to translate theoretical models into functional systems
- Lead quantum software development teams using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Implement quantum error correction protocols for reliable computation
- Conduct performance testing and optimization of quantum circuits
- Present technical solutions to C-suite executives and research partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing or advanced cryptography
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation techniques
