Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for commercial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world scalability
- Partner with hardware teams to calibrate quantum processors
- Secure patents for novel quantum methodologies
- Present findings at international quantum symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction protocols
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
