Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for real-world problem-solving
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Develop roadmaps for quantum-cloud hybrid computing solutions
- Conduct research on fault-tolerant quantum systems and quantum supremacy applications
- Mentor junior scientists and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and quantum machine learning
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Track record of translating quantum theory into practical applications
