Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve quantum advantage by 2026
- Optimize qubit coherence times and gate fidelity metrics
- Create quantum algorithm blueprints for cryptography, AI, and molecular modeling
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing patents and IP assets
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing projects
- Strong background in machine learning and classical computing
- Experience securing government or corporate quantum grants
