Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop error-correction algorithms achieving 99.9% qubit stability
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural networks
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Publish research in IEEE journals and present at Q2B conferences
- Drive strategic partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed quantum research
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation
