Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms optimized for real-world problem-solving
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, topological, ion-trap)
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industrial quantum system design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance methodologies
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ, etc.)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and quantum information theory
