Responsibilities
- Design and prototype quantum algorithms for commercial applications in finance, logistics, and AI

- Publish research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Secure $10M+ in quantum R&D grants

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel systems
- Experience securing quantum research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum hardware interfaces
