Responsibilities

- Collaborate with MIT/Caltech on quantum algorithm optimization
- Secure $10M+ in quantum R&D grants and partnerships
- Mentor quantum engineering PhD candidates
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics/Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum hardware/software systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum journals
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with cryogenic quantum control systems
- Strong background in quantum machine learning frameworks
