Responsibilities

- Secure patents for proprietary quantum encryption methodologies
- Mentor a team of 15 quantum engineers and PhD candidates
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and simulation
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum machine learning
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 1000 qubits
- Security clearance for government quantum initiatives preferred
