Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum chip designs
- Create quantum algorithms solving previously intractable problems
- Present breakthrough research at international quantum symposiums
- Mentor junior quantum researchers and interns
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum annealing and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in quantum information theory
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical systems
- Security clearance for handling classified quantum research
