Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical systems
- Develop patent-pending quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor junior researchers and quantum engineers
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum threats and security protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in quantum computing research or architecture design
- Published work in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting and trapped-ion qubit systems
- Strong background in complex algorithm development
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical applications
