Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for cryptography, AI, and materials science
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing frameworks
- Develop quantum software SDKs and APIs for developer ecosystem expansion
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction, qubit manipulation, and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Track record of leading technical teams through complex R&D projects
