As a key member of our Quantum Innovation Division, you'll architect scalable quantum processors, develop error-correction frameworks, and collaborate with Nobel laureates to overcome quantum decoherence challenges. Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 100+ qubit systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to achieve practical quantum advantage
- Create quantum software interfaces for classical-quantum hybrid workflows
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and ML specialists
- File patents for novel quantum gate designs and cooling systems
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in superconducting qubits, ion traps, or photonic quantum systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topology
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum optimization
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
