Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms for cryptographic applications and optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise AI systems
- Lead quantum hardware integration with classical supercomputing infrastructure
- Design error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate with physics teams to translate quantum theory into deployable solutions
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to Fortune 500 clients
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in optimizing NISQ-era quantum circuits
- Security clearance eligibility for government quantum projects
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks
