- Drive quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development and architecture design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy challenges and mitigation strategies
- Certification in quantum security frameworks (e.g., QKD, QKD+)
- Track record of translating complex quantum concepts into commercial applications
