Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
- Mentor quantum research scientists and engineering teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development and circuit optimization
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Familiarity with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum computing platforms
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Certification in quantum systems architecture (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
