Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum circuit architectures targeting 2026 industry benchmarks
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Lead quantum security protocol development for blockchain and cryptography systems
- Translate theoretical quantum physics models into deployable engineering solutions
- Present breakthrough research at global quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum circuit design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance techniques
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Strong background in complex mathematical modeling and simulation
- Track record of leading quantum computing projects to commercialization
