Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale applications

- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing interfaces for real-world deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance metrics
- Create patent-pending quantum algorithms solving industry-specific optimization problems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature Physics or IEEE Quantum Journal
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks and cloud quantum platforms
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era hardware limitations and workarounds
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures and parallel processing
