- Drive R&D initiatives in topological qubit stabilization and error correction
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum-native programming paradigms
- Secure partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and research institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Proven track record designing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and mitigation strategies
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Experience securing DARPA/IARPA quantum research grants
