Responsibilities
- Architect quantum circuits and algorithms for practical industrial applications
- Design error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration pipelines
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software co-design
- Establish quantum security protocols for enterprise deployments
- Drive quantum computing roadmap aligned with 2026 technological milestones
- Publish research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven experience with quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Experience leading technical teams in R&D environments
- Familiarity with NISQ-era quantum systems and hybrid computing models
