Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for near-term quantum processors
- Lead quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerance strategies
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Translate quantum theoretical models into practical implementation frameworks
- Drive quantum software development for hybrid classical-quantum systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum hardware
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Track record of leading technical teams through complex R&D projects
