Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for real-world problem-solving
- Design error-corrected qubit systems with >99.9% fidelity targets
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Drive patent development for novel quantum protocols and methodologies
- Present findings at premier conferences (IEEE Quantum Week, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm design
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and frameworks
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Track record of translating theoretical models into practical implementations
