- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for practical deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Research emerging quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Document system specifications and security protocols
- Present breakthrough findings to C-suite stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in machine learning and classical computing
