Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems in financial modeling and drug discovery
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits leveraging superconducting qubit technology
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, software engineers, and domain specialists
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world deployment

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and NISQ-era applications
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Physical Review X)
- Strong knowledge of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Experience leading technical teams in agile development environments
