Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum hardware architectures for commercial deployment
- Develop error-correction frameworks achieving 99.9% qubit stability
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams across physics, software, and security domains
- File 3+ patents annually in quantum cryptography or optimization
- Present breakthroughs at global tech forums including IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or superconducting qubit design
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for DoD projects
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
