Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead development of quantum algorithms with 99.9% fidelity targets
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for real-world deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit integration and coherence strategies
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Drive innovation in quantum cryptography and security solutions
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years designing quantum computing architectures or algorithms
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of publishing in top quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Strong background in parallel computing and distributed systems
