Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits
- Develop error correction protocols for 1,000+ qubit systems
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for commercial applications
- Collaborate with AI teams to create quantum-machine learning hybrids
- Secure quantum-resistant encryption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical systems
