Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks targeting 2026 commercial deployment milestones
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and AI specialists
- Design error-corrected qubit systems with >99.9% fidelity benchmarks
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world applications
- Secure $50M+ in government and private research funding
- Pioneer quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols for enterprise clients
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits (including Davos 2026)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 8+ years R&D
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in superconducting qubit fabrication and cryogenic systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Track record of scaling quantum systems from lab to production
- Security clearance for DOE/NASA projects preferred
