Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment targets
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Lead quantum-classical hybrid algorithm optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Author technical whitepapers and patent novel quantum methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of quantum architecture design experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proficiency in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Experience with quantum annealing systems (D-Wave, Rigetti)
