Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation quantum algorithms
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence challenges at scale
- Create technical roadmaps aligning with quantum computing evolution timelines
- Partner with academic institutions to advance quantum hardware-software co-design
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record in developing quantum software stacks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration and control systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
