- File 3+ patents annually for quantum innovations
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Proven track record of leading quantum hardware projects
- Security clearance preferred for government collaborations
