Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 1000+ qubit systems with <0.1% error rates
- Develop quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant computing frameworks
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration initiatives with semiconductor partners
- Establish quantum security standards for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum supremacy research initiatives
- Present quantum computing roadmap to C-suite and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum coherence or entanglement
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and error mitigation techniques
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
