Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for 2026-era hardware
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems in production environments
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic infrastructure
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum principles and practical applications
- Author technical whitepapers and patents for quantum computing breakthroughs
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
