Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Research breakthrough quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Develop quantum simulation platforms for drug discovery and materials science
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
