Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for 2026-era applications in AI optimization and molecular simulation
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum processors operating at 1000+ qubits
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise deployment
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cryptographic threats
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum error correction breakthroughs
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum annealing techniques
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging field standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
