- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and simulation
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement quantum-optimized business solutions
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (IEEE PRL, Nature Quantum)
- Proficiency in superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface code, color code)
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
