Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum circuit optimization strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical algorithms into functional quantum systems
- Establish industry partnerships to validate quantum solutions in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning algorithms and hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Present strategic quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Secure patents and publish research in leading quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design and error correction methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel programming
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing publications
- Experience leading technical teams through complex development lifecycles
