Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Drive patent strategy and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior researchers and build quantum talent pipeline
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industry architecture
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or hardware optimization
- Experience leading technical teams and complex projects
- Strong background in cryogenic systems and quantum hardware interfaces
