Responsibilities
- Design quantum error correction protocols for 2026-scale fault-tolerant systems
- Lead quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives with Intel/IBM partners
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Drive patent portfolio development in quantum supremacy domains
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum machine learning integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor architectures
- Demonstrated success in scaling quantum systems beyond 50 qubits
- Security clearance eligibility for government quantum initiatives
