Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms on real quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes R&D environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into commercial applications
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ-era limitations
